Flow Arts Workshop

This workshop, taught by Kellie McClanahan, a long-time member of Circle City Fire, will be a 1-hour course teaching students a variety of skills related to flow arts. Not only does the workshop include basic skills, but the foundations to continue to work and grow outside of class, valuable stretches and body-maintenance practices, and a knowledge of how flow arts can help improve creativity and critical thinking in your everyday life. This workshop will focus on the art of Poi. Interest in this workshop may lead to more workshops with more variety in the skills taught. All skill levels are welcome and encouraged to come; materials for the workshop will be provided.
