And so begins another enchanting Roald Dahl tale concerning the extraordinary adventures of three nasty farmers, two curious creatures, a family of foxes, and our hero—a most fantastic fellow! Your audience will be fascinated as they watch Boggis, the (enormously fat!) chicken farmer; Bunce, the (pot-bellied dwarf) duck-and-goose farmer; and Bean the (thin) turkey-and-apple farmer, attempt to foil the efforts of Mr. Fox and his friends—the Badgers, the Moles, the Rabbits and the Weasels. In the end, they'll cheer as Mr. Fox provides a glorious feast for each and every one—and gives rise to Mrs. Fox's proclamation that "My husband is one fantastic fox!" • Open Tents

    Sundays | June 15, 22 & July 6, 13
    1:30 PM - 4:30 PM
    Brandy Moss & Taylor Moss
    All Ages
    Junior Beginner Intermediate Advanced/Conservatory
    $65.00

Open Tents are a perfect opportunity to expand your skill set and give an opportunity to learn new circus acts.

This season, Open Tents are also the only way to meet the prerequisite for the Circus Spectacular. There has been a significant change made in regard to participating in the Circus Spectacular and changes made to the way that Circus Spectacular will be rehearsed.

    • Circus Spectacular will be open to grade 3 and above. Students in K-2 will still have the opportunity to join in the fun by signing up for our Jr Joey Jamboree class in the fall. This class will perform a pre-show routine on the day of the Circus.

    • Before attending Open Tents, you will fill out a self-evaluation form which tells us what your main interests are, where you are at in terms of skill level, and what acts you would like to try. Filling out this form indicates to us that you would like to be evaluated to participate in the Circus Spectacular. Without this form, you will not be evaluated and will not receive an invitation to perform.

    • There are 4 open tent dates set throughout the summer. You must attend at least 2 of the 4 open tents in order to meet the prerequisite. During these Open Tents, you will be given instruction and guidance on your desired interest, as well as evaluated on your skill-set by our staff.

    • There will not be a traditional sign up for the Circus Spectacular. If you meet the prerequisites and meet and/or exceed the safety standards during evaluations for the acts in which you would be placed, you will be invited to perform in the Circus. If selected to be a performer in the upcoming Circus Spectacular, you will be placed into two groups for Circus Spectacular; Intermediate or Advanced, based on your interest form/self-evaluation and evaluation by the instructors. You will then be sent a link to sign up to perform in the Circus Spectacular.

    • Once Circus Spectacular begins rehearsing (7/27), the Intermediate and Advanced groups will rehearse on separate days in order to spend more time mastering their skills. While we will be rehearsing separately, we will be performing Circus Spectacular together as always. Circus Spectacular will be on 9/21 this year.
