Black Box is an educational theatre, therefore we consider ourselves in partnership with all involved and welcome your feedback. We ask that the parent/s and participating student/s evaluate the programming we offer our families at Black Box by answering the survey questions below.

Part of our mission is to focus on the process with the secondary result being a quality production. The perfect show is not the goal; it is the process by which we arrive. It is the camaraderie, collaboration, and confidence the shows hope to nurture through building relationships, encouragement, leadership, self-confidence, cooperation, learning, and expression.

The information collected will help to inform future projects and better support the Black Box as it continues to grow. These productions include not only countless hours and unending energy from our Black Box staff, but also involve a significant financial investment from families and hours of parent and student time in rehearsals and volunteering. This is why we want to hear from both parent and student. (Surveys will be collected after every major production.)

It is important to note this survey is anonymous. Our instructors care deeply for their students and the Black Box process/programs. In the same way you would hope feedback is given to your child(ren), we want this survey feedback to encourage our instructors to improve!
